StEER: Field Assessment Structural Team (FAST) Dataset

FAST-1 was composed of three sub-teams - two equipped with surface-level panoramic imaging
technologies and a third performing windshield surveys using primarily hand-held GPS-enabled
cameras. FAST-1 was in the field September 29th, the day following landfall, and continued
intermittent data collection until October 22nd, as access allowed, eventually in parallel with
StEER’s Level 3 response. Ultimately, FAST-1 sampled heavily throughout Ft. Myers Beach,
Sanibel Island, and San Carlos Island, in addition to capturing the performance of infrastructure
within representative clusters and along major highways in Ft. Myers, Cape Coral, Port
Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Pine Island, Boca Grande, and more. This project encompasses the products of StEER's response to this event: Preliminary Virtual Reconnaissance Report (PVRR), Early Access Reconnaissance Report (EARR). This Dataset is a preliminary release and a more complete dataset will be released at a later date.
