Molecular characterisation of transport mechanisms at the developing mouse blood-CSF interface: a transcriptome approach

Transcriptome analysis of lateral ventricular choroid plexus epithelial cells of embryonic day 15 (E15) and adult mice. We analyzed total RNA extracted from plexus epithelial cells from 6 pooled samples (3 E15, 3 adult) using the Affymetrix Mouse Exon 1.0 ST platform.针对胚胎第15天（E15）与成年小鼠的侧脑室脉络丛上皮细胞开展转录组（transcriptome）分析。本研究采用Affymetrix Mouse Exon 1.0 ST平台，对6份混合样本（3份E15样本、3份成年样本）中提取的脉络丛上皮细胞总RNA进行了分析。
