资源简介:
This project contains single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and single-cell T-cell receptor (TCR) sequencing data generated from tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy samples in patients with advanced acral melanoma.Fresh tumor tissues, autologous TIL infusion products, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were collected from four patients enrolled in a clinical trial of adoptive TIL therapy. Samples include primary or metastatic tumor lesions, infused TIL products, and longitudinal PBMC specimens collected at multiple time points following TIL infusion. Single-cell transcriptomic profiling was performed using the 10x Genomics Chromium platform to characterize immune cell composition, functional states, and clonal dynamics across tumor and peripheral compartments. The dataset enables detailed analysis of T-cell subsets, including cytotoxic, exhausted, and T follicular helper (Tfh) populations, as well as integration of transcriptomic states with TCR clonotype information. These data provide a resource for studying immune mechanisms underlying clinical response and resistance to TIL therapy in acral melanoma and for comparative analyses with other immunotherapy datasets.
