This file contains genome-wide association summary statistics for brain age gap. The brain age phenotype was derived using Han et al. (2021) ENIGMA model applied to neuroimaging data from 28 ENIGMA cohorts and the UK Biobank (29 cohorts overall; sample size = 60,735). Column description: ⁃ SNP: rsID of the variant ⁃ CHR: Chromosome ⁃ BP: Base-pair position ⁃ A1: Effect allele ⁃ A2: Non-effect allele ⁃ EAF: Effect allele frequency ⁃ FreqSE: Standard error of the effect allele frequency estimate ⁃ MinFreq: Minimum observed effect allele frequency across contributing cohorts ⁃ MaxFreq: Maximum observed effect allele frequency across contributing cohorts ⁃ Zscore: Z-statistic from the meta-analysis for the effect allele ⁃ P: P-value ⁃ Direction: Direction of the effect across cohorts included in the meta-analysis ⁃ HetISq: I² statistic quantifying between-cohort heterogeneity ⁃ HetChiSq: Cochran’s Q (chi-square) statistic for heterogeneity ⁃ HetDf: Degrees of freedom for the heterogeneity test ⁃ HetPVal: P-value for the heterogeneity test ⁃ N: Total sample size per variant ⁃ beta: Effect size (reconstructed from Z-scores) ⁃ SE: Standard error of beta (reconstructed from Z-scores) Notes: ⁃ QC thresholds: e.g., minor allele frequency ≥ 0.01, imputation INFO ≥ 0.6 ⁃ Genomic control correction was applied during meta-analysis in METAL.
