Transcriptomic profiling of remote area 7 days after infarct

This dataset is part of a study aimed to characterized and analyze the alternative splicing profiles in several models of cardiac disease and compare the changes and regulatory mechanisms to those happening during mouse heart development. High throughtput sequencing of poly-A selected RNA from remote area of 2 infarcted and 2 uninjured mice. Infarcts were induced by permanent ligation of the Left Anterior Descending coronary artery.
