use existing TT-seq data on mESC upon auxin-based removal of transcriptional activators (Zzz3-AID and Yeats2-AID, Fisher...Tora 2021) and newly obtained total RNA-seq data from the same cell lines treated with auxin to infer changes in synthesis and degradation rates of mRNAs controlled by these proteins. Overall design: Total RNA from wildtype (WT) and mutant mouse ES E14 cell lines treated with auxin for 24 h. RNA from two independent clones per murtant cell line were sequenced.
