THI induced bacteria changes in goat

Climate change is one of the major threats to the sustainable survival of the ecosystem and livestock production worldwide. Here, high-throughput sequencing was applied to investigate the changes in the rumen microbial community in goats under different degrees of THI (the temperature and humidity index) which explored the adverse effects of heat stress on rumen microbes systematically and guided breeding production.
