Nucleotide polymorphisms of mtDNA COI gene and Wolbachia infection status of Greek C. splendana and C. fagiglandana populations.

Haplotypes (Ht) and Haplotype diversity (Hd) were retrieved from the analysis of a 792 bp long locus of mtDNA COI gene. Nucleotide diversity (π) and average number of nucleotide differences (k) were based on the number of segregating sites.
