This data set contains the bins recovered in the study "Distinct Microbial Communities Within and On Seep Carbonates Support Long-term Anaerobic Oxidation of Methane and Novel pMMO Diversity". The bins were recovered from 6 metagenomes, originating from three different methane seep carbonates. For each carbonate two metagenomes were sequenced, one metagenome from the methane seep carbonate interior and one from the methane seep carbonate surface. Please find the methodological details in the associated publication. Raw sequencing data are provided on NCBI (PRJNA1196099). Please cite our study if you use the data.
