The dataset includes the results of generation of monoclonal antibody against SARS-CoV-2. The generation of antigen was determined and quantified by Bradford assay and Coomassie blue staining. After immunization, mice antibody response was monitored by indirect ELISA. Indirect ELISA was performed for hybridoma screening. Antibodies were characterized by Western blot, immunofluorescence staining, sandwich ELISA and lateral flow assay.
