OGG1 is a key molecule that initiates gene transcription in response to reactive oxygen species (ROS), and the differentiation of iTreg cells depends on ROS production. To investigate whether OGG1 can regulate iTreg differentiation and thus play a role in the treatment of autoimmune diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, we analyzed the gene transcription profiles of iTreg cells under conditions with and without OGG1 inhibitor treatment.
