GBA shows an old weaving comb that he keeps as a spare. He bought it from a Kandi manufacturer and emphasises its solidity. He also shows two heddles that he made himself and explains how they are operated. Finally, he shows two shuttles and two weaving plates. He draws attention to the noise made by the spool of thread in the shuttle when it is used. This characteristic noise informs passers-by that there is a weaver at work. Finally, he sings a few weaver songs in Fulfulde and explains that he usually sings them when he feels nostalgic for the time when his colleagues were still working.
