资源简介:
This data corresponds to membrane voltage and electrical current recordings made in two GM cells of the Stomatogastric Ganglion (STG) of Cancer Borealis. Recordings were performed after pharmacologically blocking biological Glutamatergic synapses and after artificially interconnecting the two GM cells with Dynamic clamp. Using Dynamic clamp, the two GM cells were each given virtual hyperpolarization-induced intrinsic currents (Ih1 and Ih2), virtual inhibitory synaptic currents (Isyn12 and Isyn21), and noisy injected currents (u1 and u2). In this notation, Isyn12 is the synaptic current from presynaptic neuron 2 to postsynaptic neuron 1. The data contains two recording trials in .mat format. Each .mat file contains five MATLAB matrix variables with the time-series of membrane voltages, artificial synaptic currents, and noisy injected currents. The variable names are as follows: - 'V1' and 'V2' contain the time-series of recorded membrane voltages of each neuron. In the notation of the associated publication, v1=V1[:] and v2=V2[:]. - 'I1' and 'I2' contain the time-series of recorded noisy injected currents. In the notation of the associated publication, u1=I1[:] and u2=I2[:]. - 'Temp' contains a matrix where each column is a time-series of recorded artificial synaptic currents. In the notation of the associated publication, Isyn12=Temp[:,1] and Isyn21=Temp[:,2]. The data was recorded with RTXI, a real-time software for closed-loop electrophysiology. The dataset was originally stored in .h5 format, and converted to .mat format after aligning the timestamps of each recorded data sample.
