TLR5 dependent gene expression in H. pylori infection

HEK293 cells overexpressing TLR5 (TLR5+) and parent cell lines were infected with H. pylori to differentiate the gene expression through increased TLR5 signalling. The experiment was designed to analyze the differential gene expression in H. pylori infected TLR5+ and parent cell lines at 6h by comparing with respective mock controls. It was envisaged to understand the most prominent differential gene expression due to over expression of TLR5 in HEK293 cells as compared with parental cells at the stipulated time period of H. pylori infection.
