To explore circulating circRNAs associated with acute ischemia stroke(AIS), their utility as an early diagnostic marker and their significance in predicting stroke outcomes. Overall design: Ischemia induced circular RNA expression in AIS was measured, and their expression in healthy controls were set as comparison. Three independent samples from AIS group and three independent samples from control group were employed in Arraystar Mouse circRNA Array (8x15K, Arraystar) analysis.
