Tables (Main and Supplementary) for: Isotopic Signatures of Heliconoides inflatus and Globigerinoides ruber for tracing calcification depth and upper ocean conditions in the Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea.
收藏资源简介:
This dataset comprises all tables associated with the study, including main manuscript tables (Tables 1–3) and Supplementary Online Material (Tables S1–S3), focusing on hydrographic, geochemical, and micropaleontological data from the Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea. The dataset includes sampling details from the RV Sindhu Sankalp (SSK-98) expedition (January 2017), age–depth models for sediment cores SPC09 and SPC13, and measured stable isotope compositions (δ¹⁸O and δ¹³C, reported relative to the Vienna Pee Dee Belemnite, VPDB). Derived parameters such as reconstructed paleowater column temperature, carbonate ion concentration (µmol kg⁻¹), and Limacina Dissolution Index (LDX) are also provided for Heliconoides inflatus and Globigerinoides ruber from sediment cores and core-top samples. Supplementary tables include scanning electron microscope (SEM) imagery references, environmental datasets (depth, in situ temperature, equilibrium δ¹⁸O, and chlorophyll-a concentrations derived from NEMO–PISCES biogeochemical reanalysis for January and July), and statistical correlations among geochemical parameters. These data are used to reconstruct upper ocean hydrography, calcification depth habitats, and carbonate system variability, contributing to paleoceanographic interpretations in a monsoon-influenced region.
