Speed data from the roadworks in the BI-2238 in Arteaga (Bizkaia, Spain) in 2022 and 2023

Speed data were recorded in various points during the roadworks conducted in the road BI-2238 in Arteaga (Bizkaia, Spain) in 2022 and 2023. Data were collected in both directions Three phases were established. In Phase 0, the vertical and horizontal signage was implemented according to the Spanish standards. In Phase 1, a speed monitoring display (SMD) was installed at KP 35-0690. In Phase 2, 133 days after the installation of the SMD, new speed data were collected to determine if the effect of the SMD remained even after four months had passed since its implementation. The dataset corresponds to the registered speed data.
