Raw data of histone modifications from the black spot and surrounding red areas on the skin of red tilapia.

This project utilized the Cuttag technique to obtain a total of 20 datasets. The black spot region includes four histone modifications H3K4me1, H3K4me3, H3K27ac, and H3K27me3 each with two biological replicates, along with a negative control IgG, which also has two biological replicates. The red region is the same as above.
