This record contains the complete computational and numerical experimental archive supporting “The Microscopic Origin of Determinant-Line Holonomy (IRMT XVI): Transgression, Representation Obstructions, and Constitutive Closure in the Charged-Lepton Sector.” The archive covers experiments M6D through M6S. Each experimental bundle contains, where applicable, executable Python scripts, input configurations, stored packet trajectories, machine-readable numerical outputs, statistical summaries, diagnostic figures, evidence policies, dependency information, and experiment-level verdict files. Experiments M6D–M6H establish the preparatory sequence underlying the determinant-line closure problem: physical-link stabilization of the Koide packet, packet-isospectral null-space transport, local mixed Berry transgression, finite ribbon integration, and cross-scale phase-accumulation tests. Experiments M6I–M6S constitute the formal microscopic closure audit. They test cross-packet universality of the local packet-to-curvature map, direct mixed variation of the existing action, classification of symmetry-allowed determinant currents, compact-phase completions, charged inter-line fields, common and relative exterior-square charges, descent of the protected-block Diamond–Wilson metric, mixed-wedge elimination, chiral and graded protection mechanisms, and dynamical spectral decoupling in the actual stabilized packets. The audit establishes several positive microscopic structures. The stabilized packet is realizable through physical causal-link dynamics; its determinant lines possess genuine orientation-sensitive mixed Berry curvature; the exterior-square representation provides both common and relative determinant charges; and the bare protected-block Diamond–Wilson trace descends to the identity metric on the three determinant lines at quadratic order. The archive also records the principal negative result. The presently specified IRMT dynamics do not uniquely derive the representation-resolved response-to-connection law required by the charged-lepton construction. Local transgression is packet dependent, the existing scalar and Wilson actions have no direct mixed variation, symmetry leaves independent constitutive coefficients, mixed exterior-square sectors regenerate an allowed relative-channel correction, and the stabilized packet does not dynamically generate the decoupling hierarchy needed to suppress that correction. No charged-lepton masses, fitted flavor phases, or target determinant-line holonomy angles were used to construct the microscopic currents tested in this archive. The observed charged-lepton quantities were reserved for out-of-construction comparison. This deposit is intended to preserve the complete evidentiary record underlying Paper XVI and to permit independent inspection, reproduction, criticism, and extension of the M6D–M6S experimental sequence.
