Microbial community development on model particles in the deep sulfidic waters of the Black Sea

16S rRNA gene amplicon data from the experimental incubations of model marine particles in the deep sulfidic waters of the Black Sea. This includes community analyses of in-situ incubations, as well as bottle incubations of 5 different substrate coated magnetic beads on two different sampling timepoints,. In addition the microbial community three water column samples from 100, 1000 and 2000 meters water depth was analysed from 0.3 um in-situ pump filters.
