This repository contains the data used for analysis in the manuscript "Rapid and objective characterization of channel morphology in a
small, forested stream" submitted to Earth Surface Dynamics by Helm et al., (2020).
It contains the raw spatial data used to conduct the analysis (raster files of bed elevation, grain size and bathymetry) as well as extracted channel variables for the PCA, and the results of a clustering analysis on channel form.
A sample of a dense point cloud generated from the RPA data is also included.
