The aim of this study was to investigate the role of IGF2 mRNA-binding protein 3 (IGF2BP3) in Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC). We employed RNA immunoprecipitation followed by RNA sequencing (RIP-seq) using an IGF2BP3-specific antibody to identify the RNA targets of IGF2BP3 in MCC cells.
