SAH HOPE Instrument Database: Delayed Cerebral Ischemia

SAH HOPE (Subarachnoid Hemorrhage: Helping measure the Outcomes of Patients Effectively) is an international collaboration of aSAH survivors, health care proffessionals, and researchers. Our aim is to develop a Core Outcome Set for aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). This instrument database contains the candidate instruments being considered for the Delayed Cerebral Ischemia core domain. The database was developed to support the identification, review, and evaluation of measurement instruments considered for inclusion in the aSAH Core Outcome Set. The database includes descriptions of candidate instruments, supporting references, visual summaries, and assessments relevant to instrument selection. Version 1.0 represents the database as prepared for the domain leads to help inform their recommendations of which instruments should be considered for endorsement at the November 2026 consensus meeting.
