Data and code for "Hydrostatic compensation modulates endpoint-specific gas-composition effects on gas-bubble trauma in freshwater fishes"
收藏资源简介:
This archive supports the study “Hydrostatic compensation modulates endpoint-specific gas-composition effects on gas-bubble trauma in freshwater fishes.” The experiment involved 608 juvenile grass carp and bighead carp in 76 flow-through tanks, with primary exposure-response analyses based on 576 exposed fish in 72 tanks. The archive contains de-identified fish-level endpoint data, complete tank-monitoring and inspection records, tank-level exposure and water-quality data, interval and risk-set data, cross-validation assignments and outputs, bootstrap and sensitivity-analysis outputs, figure-source data, supplementary tables, and executable reconstruction and validation scripts. Version 1.1.0 expands the reproducibility layer of Version 1.0.0 by adding scripts for primary Cox candidate-model reconstruction, grouped cross-validation auditing, paired-fold resampling, full-refit tank bootstrap reconstruction, severe-component and species-sensitivity analyses, proportional-hazards and influence diagnostics, interaction-form sensitivity analyses, and peak-summary reconstruction. Reconstruction scripts were developed from the archived inputs, fixed analytical specifications and frozen outputs and were verified against the reported frozen analytical results.
