Conidiophore length data

To measure conidiophore length, strains inoculated into 1 cm2 blocks of complete medium on microscope slides as described by Larone (1995). Conidiophores were photographed at 400 x magnification after growth at 37oC on microscope slides. Measurements were carried out using the ImageJ program (http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/).

为测量分生孢子梗长度，将接种于载玻片上完整培养基1平方厘米块的菌株，按照Larone（1995年）所述方法进行。在显微镜载玻片上于37°C条件下培养后，以400倍放大倍数对分生孢子梗进行摄影。测量工作采用ImageJ程序（http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/）完成。
