Dataset: Online Survey - Tide of Change: Exploring Consumers' Acceptance of Plant-Based Fish and Seafood Alternatives through the Theory of Planned Behavior

This record shows the metadata on the research article "Tide of Change: Exploring Consumers’ Acceptance of Plant-Based Fish and Seafood Alternatives through the Theory of Planned Behavior" that is currently written as part of the CUES project. By means of in-person focus groups, we collected data to explore the psychological barriers and drivers associated with psychological barriers and drivers in consumers' acceptance of plant-based fish and seafood alternatives. The study aimed to explore psychological processes underlying dietary transitions towards more sustainable and animal-friendly food systems across three European countries.
