The aging related chronic health problems may degrade the quality of life later in life as well as disrupt economies throughout the developed world. Fortunately, some probiotics, especially those in the Lactobacillus genus have demonstrated their effects on improvement of health conditions in aging mice. In this study, we studied L. paracasei D10-4 through whole genome analysis at the genetic level to understand the impact for anti-aging process.
