Dataset for Data in Brief from Koceila et al (Physicochem analysis of the enzymatically conjugated Pullulan with ferulic acid and the assessment of their antioxidant properties)

This dataset provides the raw data from various analyses including fluorescence and UV-visible spectrophotometry, Folin-Ciocalteu assays, size exclusion chromatography with multidetection, antioxidant tests, viscosity measurement and the Rosetta stone sample name. These data allow to plot the different curves.
