Guinea pig Lung Asthma Model RNAseq 202602

This project aims to investigate the transcriptomic profiles of lung tissue from a Guinea pig model of allergic asthma. Asthma was induced by sensitization and challenge with ovalbumin (OVA). Lung tissues were collected from both the asthma model group and the control group. By comparing the gene expression profiles, we seek to identify key genes and molecular pathways involved in the pathogenesis of asthma, and to explore potential therapeutic targets. The data generated in this study will provide valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms of airway inflammation and hyperresponsiveness.
