EksiLab Axon and Cell Data

This dataset contains processed .h5ad files generated by the EksiLab for spatial analysis of axons and neighboring cell populations in prostate cancer tissue. The deposited files include axon-level and cell-level AnnData objects, axon point-cloud datasets, cellular-neighborhood annotations, T-cell marker and cell-type annotations, and datasets prepared for proximity-based permutation analysis (PPA). The data represent two clinical cohorts: the OHSU radical prostatectomy (RP) cohort and the UCL active surveillance (AS) cohort.
