Auf der theoretischen und praxeologischen Grundlage der Integrativen Supervision wird ein Interventionsforschungsprojekt mit qualitativen und quantitativen Methoden dokumentiert, das im Altenheimbereich die Konzepte des „reflexiven Managements“ und der integrativen Personalentwicklung als Organisationsentwicklungsaufgabe umsetzt. Interventionsschritte werden theoriebegründet dokumentiert. On the theoretical and praxeological basis of Integrative Supervision an Intervention Research Project is documented by quantitative and qualitative methods.
