Data for Resistome and microbiome-immune interactions in an Eastern European population with high antibiotic use

Data associated with the study “Resistome and microbiome-immune interactions in an Eastern European population with high antibiotic use”. Supplementary Tables 1–11 are described in the associated publication. Metagenomic contigs were assembled using SPAdes and correspond to the antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) reported in the study. The dataset includes metagenomic assemblies and supplementary materials supporting the analysis of resistome composition and microbiome–immune interactions in the studied population. Additional details regarding sample processing, sequencing, assembly, and downstream analyses are available in the Methods section of the associated paper.
