A field campaign to study physical controls on lake carbon dynamics and lake-atmosphere CO2 flux was conducted in Lake Pleasant, New York during September-October 2010. The measured data include meteorological variables, water surface physical and chemical properties, water column profiles of temperature and CO2, and lake-atmosphere turbulent fluxes of momentum, heat, and carbon dioxide. Calculated quantities include the depth of the actively mixing layer, and waterside and airside energy and turbulence variables including the buoyancy flux, effective heat flux into the active mixing layer, and integrated dissipation rates in the actively mixing layer. The file is in CSV format. Funding was provided by U.S. National Science Foundation Grants DEB 0919603 and ARC 1204267 and ARC 1737411 to SM and DEB 0919227 to SDM.
