Dynamics_Humoral_Immunity_Long_COVID

This dataset contains Monolix project files and data used to fit the dynamics of RBD-specific antibody responses in two distinct populations: non-Long COVID (no_lc) and Long COVID (lc) patients. The dataset is organized into two main folders, each corresponding to one population:

1. **no_lc (Non-Long COVID Population)**:
- `no_lc_data.csv`: Contains the longitudinal measurements of RBD-specific antibody levels for individuals without Long COVID.
- `model.txt`: The structural model file used for fitting the antibody dynamics.
- `no_lc_fit.mlxtran`: The Monolix project file containing the model setup, data, and estimation settings.
- `no_lc_fit/`: Output folder generated by Monolix, including parameter estimates, model diagnostics, and visualizations.

2. **lc (Long COVID Population)**:
