This dataset provides the test set of WRF-ELEC simulation outputs used to evaluate a deep learning-based lightning observation operator.
It includes six hydrometeor variables (cloud ice, snow, graupel, hail, cloud water, and rain water), alongside temperature, vertical velocity, and lightning density.
The data comes from the inner nested domain (d02) and is organized by simulation date, with each ZIP archive (wrfout_d02_YYYYMMDD.zip) containing the raw wrfout NetCDF files for one date.
Due to the large volume of the complete simulation (~160 GB in total), only this test subset is provided here; the full dataset is available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
