Human pancreatic islet responses to cytokine treatment

We performed CITE-Seq on isolated human donor islets cultured 48hrs in the presence or absence of a cytokine cocktail. Major cell types were identified based on gene expression and changes in gene expression in beta cells were examined. CITE antibody labeling, cell partitioning and library construction using antibodies from BioLegned and 10x Chrmium 3' technology.
