Transcriptional and translational profiling of C. autoethanogenum

Clostridium autoethanogenum (DSM 115981) was grown in biological triplicate chemostat continuous cultures either autotrophically on syngas or heterotrophically on fructose in a chemically defined medium. C. autoethanogenum chemostat cultures were sampled, samples processed, and analysed by RNA-sequencing and polysome-sequencing. Information on transcription-initiation sites and 3'-end positions of C. autoethanogenum was gathered, respectively, by Cappable-seq and Term-seq.
