MorPhytoDock Phytochemical Database

The MorPhytoDock Phytochemical Database is a curated collection of more than 120 phytochemical compounds reported from Moroccan medicinal plants and prepared in a consistent docking-ready format for molecular docking and cheminformatics analysis. The dataset was developed as part of the MorPhytoDock project and is released as an independent research resource that can be reused in other computational workflows and software platforms. The collection includes: curated phytochemical metadata, PubChem compound identifiers (CID), chemical classification, reported plant sources, therapeutic or biological activity annotations, literature references, RDKit-derived molecular descriptors, docking-ready ligand files. The dataset was designed to support: virtual screening and molecular docking studies, computational ethnopharmacology, ligand curation and standardization, reuse in cheminformatics and bioinformatics applications.
