Analysis code for source-resolved brown carbon MAE estimation

Analysis pipeline reproducing all derived tables and figures of the companion dataset record: harmonized loading of European absorption and composition archives (EU44 reprocessing product and EBAS per-file DOI downloads), geospatial pairing audit, ridge-regression attribution with circular block bootstrap (MBB24), trustworthiness grading, and assertion-based integrity checks. The bundle includes the shared I/O, geo-audit, attribution, and EBAS fetch modules with byte-level regression tests against the original project scripts, the 12-station analysis pipeline, the EBAS inventory verifier and download tools, and a one-command anchor health check (md5 baseline plus key-cell spot checks) covering all deposited tables. Computations used Python 3.12, NumPy 2.4, SciPy 1.15; all resampling used deterministic seeds.
