Grid search for default parameters (matching caliper and scale) for the CausalEM package, supporting the Journal of Statistical Software manuscript 'CausalEM: A Python Package for Causal Inference using Ensemble Matching'. Contains results from a 6x6 grid search over matching_scale and matching_caliper parameters, evaluated on ACIC 2016: 7,700 simulated datasets (77 DGPs x 100 seeds) ACIC 2017: 8,000 simulated datasets (32 DGPs x 250 sims) Each configuration includes detailed per-dataset results, aggregated metrics (bias, RMSE), and execution metadata.
