Cell-Type-Specific Impact of Glucocorticoid Receptor Activation on the Developing Brain: A Cerebral Organoid Study [10x Genomics]

These data describe single-cell RNA sequencing in cerebral organoids treated with the glucocorticoid Dexamethasone or with a vehicle control (DMSO) at 90 days in culture. Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed in cerebral organoids derived for iPSCs from two different donors were grown in vitro for 90 days. Both treated (Dexamethasone 100nM) and untreated (DMSO) organoids were collected immediately after a 12-hour exposure and four biological replicates were employed at each timepoint.
