Genomic data on the adaptation of Haemonchus contortus to different host immune responses. Genomic data is from pools of L1 larvae isolated from populations of parasites passaged on immunosuppressed sheep and those with intact immunity; and from populations passaged on sheep selected to be highly resistant and highly susceptible to nematode infection. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
