Technology for Enhancing Psychological Competencies of Physical Education Teachers Working with Students with Special Educational Needs

The implementation of inclusive education models in physical education requires teachers to possess advanced psychological competencies beyond traditional pedagogical knowledge. The absence of structured developmental technologies leads to professional stress, ineffective classroom management, and limited adaptive support for students with special educational needs [1]. This thesis presents a scientifically grounded technology for systematically improving the psychological readiness, emotional regulation, and inclusive communication skills of physical education instructors.
