Comparison of Varicella-Zoster Virus RNA sequences in human neurons and fibroblasts

These are RNAseq reads from human cell culture (neurons and fibroblasts) infected with VZV. Thus the reads are a mixture of human and viral. The study was designed to assess whether VZV was in true latency, or whether is was simply an aborted infection.
