Transcriptomic Analysis of Pseudorabies Virus Latency Reactivation Induced by Extraintestinal Pathogenic Escherichia coli Infection

This project aims to investigate the transcriptional changes before and after Pseudorabies Virus (PRV )reactivation induced by Extraintestinal Pathogenic Escherichia coli (ExPEC). Researchers established latent PRV infection in Neuro-2a cells, followed by ExPEC infection, and conducted RNA sequencing. These data will help identify key regulatory genes involved in PRV reactivation.
