"This dataset contains the data used in the study \u201cIn silico exploration of electric field distribution in tDCS: integrating white matter anisotropy and subject-specific structural connectivity\u201d, which investigates how individual structural connectivity and white matter anisotropy influence the electric field (EF) distribution during transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS). The dataset includes subject-specific structural connectivity matrices and simulated EF distributions for 30 healthy participants.The structural connectivity data are provided as 379 \u00d7 379 matrices based on the HCP-MMP1 atlas and 4 \u00d7 4 matrices derived from a custom atlas including ROIs beneath the P2, P1, AF3, and C2 electrodes. The EF data were obtained from finite element simulations integrating white matter anisotropy (DTI-based) and isotropic (No-DTI) conductivity models. Each subject\u2019s EF distribution includes field magnitude and vector components for the whole brain and selected ROIs.Additionally, summary matrices describe EF spread metrics across subjects for multiple cortical regions. The dataset enables exploration of the relationship between EF focality and structural connectivity strength, supporting reproducibility and further analysis of subject-specific variability in tDCS effects."
