This study identifies molecular changes in hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) isolated from mice with chronic autoimmune arthritis induced using the collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) model. Overall design: RNA-sequencing of pooled murine hematopoietic stem cells (LSK/Flk2-/CD48-CD150+) on arthritis day 21. 3 biological replicates per condition (Control and CIA).
