Extracellular vesicles derived from tumor cells as a trigger of energy default in the skeletal muscle

We analyzed the sncRNA profile of MVs found in C26 cells conditioned medium. In parallel, we isolated circulating MVs found in the plasma of C26-bearing mice and compared the expression of sncRNAs to circulating MVs of control animals, aiming to reveal new mediators of muscle wasting or molecular biomarkers that could be used for diagnostic purposes. Overall design: (1) SncRNA profiles of C26 cells medium-derived MVs (TMVs), (2) Expression of sncRNA in plasma-derived MVs of control and C26-bearing mice.
