Files for Rate Analyses

Zipped file of source-data, scripts, and functions providing complete documentation for derivation of the Dryad-archived Rates of Evolution rate files. When downloaded and unzipped, some 214 small Excel source-data files and R scripts and functions are provided, organized in folders corresponding to the Rates of Evolution archive files. File names and data files are keyed to numbered sections within chapters 7, 8, and 9 of *Rates of Evolution: A Quantitative Synthesis*.
