Number of mobile phone subscriptions in Hungary 2015-2023, by type

In Hungary, the number of prepaid mobile phone subscriptions gradually decreased over the observed time, while the number of postpaid contracts showed a rising trend. In the second quarter of 2023, there were 2.9 million prepaid cell phone subscriptions and 10.7 million postpaid contracts.
